1. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, the FAST Digital Assistant is designed to provide information and assistance based on pre-existing data and it may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to verify the data and ensure its suitability for your intended use, regardless of your location. The FAST Digital Assistant is provided for informational purposes only.

2. No Professional and/or Medical Advice

The information provided by the FAST Digital Assistant is not intended to replace professional advice or consultation. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals for critical or specialized matters. This applies globally, and the information should not be relied upon in place of local or regional expertise. 

3. Use of Data

You agree not to use the FAST Digital Assistant for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. You will not reverse-engineer the FAST Digital Assistant. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act upon the data retrieved from the database. Your use must comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations. FAST reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in activities that pose a risk to the integrity or security of the system.

4. Data Privacy and Security

While we take measures to protect your data, we may collect and store user interactions. We recommend avoiding the submission of sensitive personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details. You understand and agree that the transfer of your data may involve international data processing and storage. Non-Identifiable Data you provide may be used internally by FAST for educational purposes, such as website or curriculum development. Additionally, Non-Identifiable Data may be used, disclosed, distributed, licensed, published or shared externally for broader educational purposes, including presentations, publications, marketing, product development, research, teaching, or public dissemination in any form or media. FAST retains all rights, title, and interest in and to such Non-Identifiable Data and any resulting insights, outputs, or derivative works. At no time will your identity or any identifying details be disclosed.

5.  Limitation of Liability

The FAST Digital Assistant and its contents are provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use of the database, regardless of jurisdiction or location. 

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features or content from the FAST Digital Assistant at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and continued use of the database indicates your acceptance of any changes, regardless of location.

7. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your country in order to consent and use the FAST Digital Assistant.  If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s express permission to use the AI Database.

8. Third Party Software

There may be third party software, products or services used within the FAST Digital Assistant.  Third party services are subject to their own terms and FAST is not responsible for them.  

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Texas.  Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal channels.

10. Feedback

FAST appreciates any feedback and you agree that FAST may use your feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
